Your diary is yours.
A diary only works if you can be honest in it. Here is plainly how Daymark looks after what you share.
Only you can read your diary
Every entry is tied to your account. Other people using Daymark cannot see it, and we do not publish or share it.
No ads, no selling
Daymark has no advertising and does not sell or rent your entries or personal details to anyone.
Voice notes become text
When you record, your voice is turned into text so you can read it back. The written entry is what Daymark keeps in your diary.
Reflections, privately made
Daymark reads your entry only to write your reflection, Sunday Brief and Spark Board for you. Nobody reads your diary by hand.
You stay in control
You can delete any entry at any time. To remove your whole account and diary, email us and we will do it.
Daymark is for reflection, not diagnosis or treatment. If you're ever in danger, contact your local emergency number or someone you trust.
